Prepare a list of questions prior to the session. This will allow you to start a holistic exploration into yourself. The nature of your questions can be of any kind: life/health/relationships/career/life purpose/etc.

Set your INTENTION. This is very important and sets the overall tone for your session. With the intention in mind a QHHT session will work fantastically for you. I have found that doubt and worry about how a session will go can act as “static interference” and can affect the success of your session. Everybody CAN do this! Come with an open mind and heart. Note that the results are correlated with how open you are to believing in your own true powers.

It’s never the same for everyone. Some people are very much aware of the whole process and some are not. Some say that they’re conscious self steps aside and something else takes over. Despite each person’s different experience, we can assure you that there is nothing to worry about. This module of hypnosis is completely safe and your subconscious will guide the entire process. As long as you come with an open heart – light can come through.

QHHT usually only requires one session. However, certain information is revealed to us at different times during our life, so if you would like to explore more about yourself or your higher self, you can schedule as many sessions as you would like.

Please note that sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hour notice prior to your session. Partial refund is available if cancelled with more than 48 hour notice subject to a cancellation fee of $75. Cancellation fee is waived if session is rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hour notice.
